Each industry has its basis but sex, drugs, and money are included in every industry ever known in the history of mankind. Sexual favours have often paved the way to success for many women and a few men too. Along with money, drugs offered to people in influential positions have helped persons who want to make it to the top instantly. The success achieved is often instant and not based on one's qualifications or hard work. Let’s begin by explaining one at a time: § SEX Sex is mainly included in an industry (other than the sex industry itself) when a person is asked for sexual favours to excel in that industry. But sometimes people get assaulted just because the other person gets the wrong idea by looking/talking to a person. § DRUGS A drug is any chemical substance that causes a change in the physiology or psychology of an organism after consumption. They change a person's thinking, how they feel or behave. There is always a good and bad side to everything. There are various uses of drugs like medication, religious use, recreational use, etc. The main reason people consume drugs recently is to enhance their performance be it in athletics or the corporate world. § MONEY Although corruption is one of the 7 human vices, it is the most known. It's practically become a part and parcel of our lives by now. Living in India all of us have witnessed corruption at least once. The irony is that our very own government offices and officers ask for bribes openly and feel no shame. The thing is that there is corruption in almost every industry and at each level. We're all living in a rat race. The only thing that matters to most of the people in this race is whether they're at the top or not. If they aren't then they search for a way to get to the top quickly. What we don't understand is that in the bargain we are harming our minds and bodies in some way which can lead to worse consequences. A Netflix series called Bombay Begums is all about how women in the corporate world use sex to get to the top to earn money and fame. But in the process, they've been sexually assaulted and later on find the courage to speak up for themselves and their colleagues. By now we've known that sex, money, and drugs are the backbone of any industry but none of us talk freely about it. Problems occur in everyone's life but it is up to us on how to deal with them. Success is never an accident, it is the result of hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, and loving what you do.
